Barents Appoints Pierre-Yves Bertin as Southern Europe Life Business Development Consultant

Barents Re is announcing the appointment of Pierre-Yves Bertin to the position of Life Business Development Consultant for Southern Europe. Pierre-Yves will focus on the Spanish and Portuguese markets and will report to Romain Durand, Chief Underwriting Officer for Life business.

Pierre-Yves is a highly-experienced Life business specialist with many years’ experience in the industry inclusive of over 20 years’ at SCOR where he held a number of senior positions including Deputy Director for Western Europe and subsequently President of Southern Europe for Transamerica Re.
